I’m a mother of two, and a Matrescence Practitioner.

When I was pregnant with our first, I was completely unprepared for the journey of parenting - I had no idea how much it would change my life.

I spent years untangling from self doubt and conditioning that was causing me to put myself a the bottom of the priority pile, leading to burnout and anxiety. Once I finally started prioritising myself, I experienced so much more fulfilment as a mother.

Since 2008, I’ve guided thousands of parents to release fears and embody calm so that they are educated and empowered as the begin their parenting journey.
